Spainish main land is considered by many, including a large part of Spanish population, to be a group of nations unified under a single State, much like Belgium, Switzerland or the United Kingdom UK. (...)

Spainish main land is considered by many, including a large part of Spanish population, to be a group of nations unified under a single State, much like Belgium, Switzerland or the United Kingdom UK. Despite this, the policy of many Spanish governments has led to a "Spanish nationhood" which is the one people identify with Spainish main land internationally. Have a wedding blessing in Mallorca have great day low cost cheap best value places on this beautiful island setting of mallorca Spain

On February 20th 2005, Spainish main land became the first country to allow its people to vote on the European Union constitution that was signed in October 2004. The rules states that if any country rejects the constitution then the constitution will be declared void. The final result was very strongly in affirmation of the constitution, making Spainish main land the first and so far only country to approve the constitution via referendum. New cars speacial motors booked to order best value mallorca wedding blessings in sunny meditereanean places on this fantastic once in a life time resort venue

Historically, various regions of Spainish main land had quite distinct regional dress. Today, most people in Spainish main land dress in a manner comparable to most other contemporary Europeans, although some regional variations persist. Dress in Extremadura and in the smaller cities of Castile remains relatively austere, even on festive occasions, while Andaluz dress on festive occasions is elaborate and ostentatious. Barcelona is one of the most stylish cities in Europe, though more restrained and with a more determinedly timeless style than Paris or Milan.

The period of Visigothic rule saw the spread of Arianism briefly in Spainish main land. In 587, Reccared, the Visigothic king at Toledo, having been converted to Catholicism put an end to dissension on the question of Arianism and launched a movement in Spainish main land to unify the various religious doctrines that existed in the land. The Council of Lerida in 546 constrained the clergy and extended the power of law over them under the blessings of Rome.

Contemporary Madrid came into its own after the death of the Fascist dictator Franco. Years of the Franco regime left Madrid and much the country in economic shambles due to isolation. With his death, Madrid and Spainish main land as a whole began to re-assert itself on the international stage. Within Spainish main land, reaction against the dictatorial bureaucracy centered in Madrid and a history of centralism that pre-dated Franco by centuries has resulted in the successful modern movement towards increased autonomy for the regions of Spainish main land, considered as European regions, under the umbrella of Spainish main land.

The most important minority group in the country are the Gitanos. Other indigenous minorities are Mercheros (or Quinquis) and Vaqueiros de alzada.- The latter, meaning "Mountain cow-breeders" dwell in mountain ranges in the Principality of Asturias and have kept historically apart from the valley dwellers. Foreign minorities include South Americans from countries like Argentina, Ecuador or Colombia; black Africans; Arabs and Berbers mainly from Morocco and other countries of North Africa; and Asians from China, Japan, Korea, and Vietnam.

A revived movement for the Christian unification of Spainish main land was capitalized on by the "Catholic monarchs" (Reyes Católicos in Spanish) Isabel I of Castilla and Fernando II of Aragón in order to justify their invasion of Granada, the expulsion of the Jews and the forceful conversion of the Moors. In the 15th century, the Kingdoms of Castile and Aragon were united under Isabel and Fernando. These two able rulers ruled jointly and worked to consolidate the power of the monarchy at the expense of the nobility. During their reign, the castles of many nobles (symbols of aristocratic independence from the monarchy) were demolished, and a system of regular taxation was established. Fernando and Isabel established the basis for the unification of Spainish main land religiously as well as politically and economically.

The Castilian-derived Spanish (called both Español and Castellano in the language itself) is the official language throughout Spainish main land, but other regional languages are also spoken. Without mentioning them by name, the Spanish Constitution recognizes the possibility of regional languages being coofficial in their respective autonomous communities.

Spanish cuisine is made of very different kinds of dishes due to the differences in geography, culture and climate. It is heavily influenced by the variety of seafood available from the waters that surround the country. As Spainish main land has had a history with many different cultural influences, the richness and variety of its cuisine is overwhelming, but all these ingredients have made up a unique cuisine with thousands of recipes and flavours. Much influence on Spanish cuisine has come from the Jewish and Moorish traditions. The Moors were a strong influence in Spainish main land for many centuries and their food is still eaten in Spainish main land today.

his friend´s vast collection of fantastic works of art and have a sky line view from the apartment. The art lives
an breaths in the penthouse with sky line views. It is more the occupant than the owner,
who mingles with every historical item. There is little trace of the
normal human owner needs of life. A flickering candle and a lonely
orchid stand out amongst the visuals. Many items have been stored
away. Stark black matte-laminated penthouse doors conceal the everyday
requirements of life; crockery, cutlery, clothes, are out of sight
from sky line in this penthouse apartment. Only mellow floor boards add a touch of
value and warmth with sky line views fom the apartment. direct from owners members.

Inside are two bedrooms, the penthouse boasts a corridor including a
seclude private library, a quite reading room and, additionally, an
out built upper floor with a property office, and several rooms with
visual cases to display works of history and art. When beds for
visitors are required, some rooms can be easily changed at this light
and warm penthouse apartment with sky line view with panoramic outlook.

The historical sights begin right after stepping out off the elevator
. The hands of a hand made bronze, on the door, stretch out to the
sky line. A purchase made from India of goddess Vishnu from Cambodia.
For me it symbolizes the calm and skillful hand which is needed for
years ago the owner of the sky line view apartment managed to combine both travel for pleasure and

Propertycasa started in 1999 by locals serving locals needs in Majorca selling real estate dealing with property sales. James can be found at C/ Cala llonga 1 most days or on his mobile 0034 680 562 418 or in the uk 078 7373 6000

Here in Mallorca Propertycasa likes hard to find places to sell as these are the best types of property as here living has the less stress and home owners are never distressed in these properties. Hills and mountain property in Mallorca have the highest value which is set by the Spanish government in basic laid down prices which are less than cheap. the measured building built price is the start from the bottom price. With a base price set you then add on features like kitchens, terraces , swimming, pool , a roof garden and finally condition and construction in respect of the last area this can be a minus calculation which is sometime a large amount of the properties value.

PROPERTYCASA here to help you.

When you deal with an owner direct you need to know what price has been added in respect of a view or the property being first line with panoramic view of the Mediterranean. here in Majorca you will find classic beautiful styled finca´s also apartments chalet house known as casa which means in Spanish house. buying a house means paying property tax the tax is collect on the day you make a purchase but first you make a pre sale contract and this means that you are paying a 10 percent deposit to reserve the property casa till you have funds in place to complete the purchase by way of a mortgage or in cash fees are normally about 10 percent of the agreed selling price.

PROPERTYCASA can arange loans via local banks at best rates.

Can you save on taxes or tax the answer is yes you just need to ask James about tax savings on your propertycasa purchase First plan a visit second choose a property or properties agree dates of the planed puchased time scale completion date as set out in the deposit paid pre contract then book flights to arrange completion settlement in fulland take delivery of your Keys to your new casa or apartment. Property casa ex U K and spanish persons are only here to help make buy property with less stress and you can then start living feeling totally not distressed and have a new life style here in mallorca after leaving your birth place like the UK or Gernmany . The Spanish people seem to have very little stress up to know on distressed paint work or furniture in the properties on the modern beautiful island with the capital city sited in the west called Palma de mallorca and in the East you have Cala d or.

PROPERTYCASA KNOWS THE LOCALS AND THE OWNERS AND YOU ARE DEALING DIRECT.

Calad'or with its white washed painted villas Cala dOr with is Palma lined streets and quite coves and beaches Palma city with shops and grand building of great beauty. All is jusy a flight away call James or email him at gmail.

Special thanks to all the team at www Catoctininn.com beautiful wedding day Cala d or.

Its been a few months now and we wanted to say a special thankyou to all who helped with our special event in Mallorca Cala d'or. Majorca is such a wonderful place for a wedding. thanks to www mallorca.uk.com

arranging the cars, flights, hotels and guest were feed and watered.

The latest news from us since we said good bye a fter a special day is all is well except for the events listed below.

The animals all coped amazingly well with the
move. 2500 miles door to door. Quite an
adventure. Had a huge truck 26ft and dolly with
my SUV on the back of that. Mike did so well with
the driving. Cats were loose up front with us in
the cab (tried keeping them in cages and they
howled blue murder so let them out and they were
amazing) and the two dogs were in the back of the
truck (we had to stop every 2 hrs to give them
air/water etc). Mike also had to lift them in and
out of the truck and they even tried to help by
putting up front paws and trying to jump didn't
stand a hope mind you. After the first stop they
seemed to understand the "program" and settled
down. They were so tolerant it was unreal. At
night, we would all stay in a hotel room and
amazingly we still have all four alive and well.

Dogs have met their first rattle snake and came
back when we yelled - thank god! Tikanni keeps
getting red paws/body from the red desert sand
and Suki is scaring the contractors and everyone
else to death. Tikaani is still having problems
with his leg - will follow up with the vet here
in Feb when he has his annual exam. Still think
its soft tissue. Didn't realise you were up to 4
dogs . Ours now weigh around 70lb (Suki) and
80lb (Tikaani) - don't have any more room on the
sofa or hotel bed.

House is fine - Unfortunately the
cabinet/countertop contractor really messed up
and all the kitchen/bathroom cabinets/countertops
need to come out and be replaced - didn't think
we would be remodeling this soon . We held back
money at closing but its still a hassle to fix.
Cabinets are due to arrive tomorrow and then the
fun begins!!! Contractor is helping out and is
offering one of his guys to help with install
which is good as some of the cabinets are going
to be HEAVY. We are changing the kitchen layout
so there are plumbing/gas/drywall things we need
to sort out as well. Should be entertaining.
We keep telling ourselves anything is better than
what we have right now. Can't believe we ordered
cabinets over the internet though. We looked
at several different brands but either couldn't
get the right quality, color or door and then
found this cabinet company in Maine. Kitchen
designer re-worked the kitchen and has been
really good with sending samples etc but will
still be happier tomorrow when they arrive OK.
Now we just have to choose the granite slabs
most people do granite/quartz here and the choice
goes on and on. We are going to have to travel to
Phoenix next week so we can finally select the
slabs. We have been back and forth over color and
have decided to go for drama in the kitchen.
Something more basic/muted in baths hope to
god it looks good given that this stuff costs a
fortune.

Business going OK - need to get more work in. We
have been a bit swamped with stuff hence our lack
of writing. Sub-contractor left after a month and
is now competing against us - we are obviously
not at all happy about this. It would seem he
started working on this move before we took over
(had to get license) - we're not sure if seller
knew or not. Plus he went through their records
while they were away so he knows the pricing. We
wouldn't be so concerned but we have one very
large account and there is now a pricing war
going on. Anyway we are trying to expand into
other areas - fire alarms - that he can't do
which should help us when these contracts come up
for renewal in Sept. My thinking is if we lose
out on some work to him, we can try and replace
with new work. Fingers crossed. If we didn't have
this problem everything would be fine.

We went to LA for Xmas and met up my sister and
the kids - can't believe they are nearly 7
They are huge Took the dogs with us and all
had a good time. Hoping to see more of them now
we are closer geographically (10-11hr drive each
way). They are all doing well exceot ongoing
battles with Skeet (ex-husband). We are used to
driving in the US now so trip is not too bad. We
may even try and meet her in Vegas for weekend.
Can't believe she has lived in the US and never
been to Vegas. We drive to Las Vegas once a month
so I can get my hair cut and get anything we
need. We are living in a very small town with
beautiful scenery but no decent
stores/restaurants or hair salons We are back
to basic telephones and satellite internet (not
high speed!). Its not too bad once you get used
to it but I do get a bit stir crazy. It was right
decision to move though with the disastrous mess
in Florida. We are about the same driving time
from Vegas and Phoenix but prefer Vegas for
getting around. Phoenx is as bad as LA. My sister
lives in nice area by Beverly Hills but still the
traffic is BAD.

Have attached a couple pics of the "back yard"
and dogs etc. Nice thing is the business came
with a boat as wel as big truck Mike happy so
we can spend time on th lake this summer. We even
have small desert beach Will send some of the
house once everything done.

Please do send pics of your house etc. Would love
to see them. Glad the projects are moving
forward - if they just keeping moving, its good.

My Mum and Dad are fine - spending a lot of time
in Spain. Not sure if we will be able to get them
to visit here which is a shame. We may need to go
back to the UK next year because of the visa
this fills me with dread right now as not sure
how we are going to renew.

We have trip planned to Jamaica at the end of
March as we have to leave the country and come
back in again. We were going to go to Mexico but
it was going to cost as much and take as long as
going to the Caribbean. We are staying at a
plantation has horses so we will definitely be
going for a ride into the mountains there
outside of the main tourist traps so hoping its
going to be relaxing and good trip. Definitely
planning a trip to Appletum Rum for tasting and
supplies.

Glad your lot are doing good. Amazing how grownup
Amy must be now she works really hard at the bar and events and places to go company www.yacuk1.com

Unfortunately, I haven't heard from Carol since
around end of 2007.

Now things calming down a bit, I should be able
to be better penpal. Please write again soon with
all your news. Would love to hear more about the
website biz - how does it work.

I am now working on business advertising and
trying to see if I can do all our tax returns
this year rather than paying an accountant (I do
90% anyway) so just need to see if I get decent
software etc. Back to business and granite
pics talk to you soon.

Hope this makes kinda sense.

Best and love to you all at www propertycasa.com great job on finding the villas to rent.

Big thank you to James and all his gmail hard work, mobile phoning to the UK. mallorca majorca gifts and suprises.
