This is a small community of only 4 apartments with private gardens, BBQ and 

shared swimming pool. Calador.me inspected its posible to buy this unit and run as a business said calador.me .

It is just 5 minutes walk to 2 beaches and the town centre, 4 minutes walk from the restaruants.

Located just a few minutes walk from both Cala Gran, Cala D'or beaches and village centre.

The beautiful marina at Cala Llonga a 15 minute walk buy car 3mins. 

At the end of the road is the main Supermarket, offering all fresh produce, meat, fish,

and bread. Here you can catch the mini road train that runs around all the holiday resort centers. It leaves from outside the  supermarket on the hour.

There is also a paper shop and cafe, which is also open all day every day 7 days a week in Calador.

There is a large hypermarket offering fresh produce daily.

An ideal base for those looking for a quiet setting, yet only minutes from all the

amenities Cala D'or has to offer.

Each apartment consists of ;

One double bedroom with twin beds and built in wardrobes.

Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, wc and hand basin.

The lounge has 2 large sofas, which may be used as additional beds and a coffee table.

There is a dining table with 4 chairs.

The kitchen has double electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle.

Leading from the lounge is a covered terrace or balcony with a table and 4 chairs. 

All have views over the pool.  

There is a large brick built communal BBQ in the garden. beside the pool.

The apartments are set in quiet communal gardens, outside there is ample parking for

cars.

These apartments are basic, which reflects in the price you pay. However, they are in an

excellent location, spacious, private and flexible.

NB : There are no microwaves or TVs in these apartments but these could be arranged via local hire company.

interconnecting door leading into the apartment next to it. Therefore they could be booked as a two bedroom apartment.  

These apartments are ideal for families wishing to holiday together, without living on top of each other.

With this small block of apartments, they offer the flexibility to enjoy the family

holiday altogether, but with the option to live separately if chosen.
