Dear Owners,

As most of you are aware there are certain security problems at El Puerto.1

There have been many break-ins during the last 15 months, and other thefts from the grounds,

Mr. Rushworth has fallen victim this week with his apartment being burgled.

With the AGM in May, we are trying to access the level of risk with a view to improving security.

With this in mind we would appreciate any incident reports you have with regard to your own apartments or property.

This would include any rental guests that have reported problems.

We represent a particularly easy target during the off season months.
